Grant deadlines for music, open now

PPL Momentum, the PRS Composers' Fund, the Early Career Promoter Fund and Musicboard Berlin, with amounts, eligibility and the next date.

Grant bodies publish what almost nobody else does: the amount, the eligibility and the date. All figures below were read on the funders' own deadline pages on 12 September 2026.

FundAmountNext deadlineWho
PRS Foundation Composers' Fund£8,000–£15,0007 October 2026, 6pmUK-based PRS members, classical family of genres
PPL Momentum Music Fund£5,000–£15,00026 October 2026, 6pmUK artists breaking through
PRS Early Career Promoter Fundup to £3,50029 October 2026, then 10 December, then 4 February 2027England-based early-career promoters
Musicboard Berlin, KarrieresprungbrettNot capped; typically €5,000–€25,0001 November 2026, 6pmBerlin-based, for projects in 2027
Musicboard Berlin, Support Tour Fundingup to €3,500 per tourRolling, but only until 30 November 2026Berlin residents supporting an established act

Two conditions worth reading twice. The Musicboard Karrieresprungbrett round requires at least 50% female, non-binary or queer participation and at least 50% barrier-free events. And Support Tour applications must arrive at least three weeks before the tour starts, so a December tour is already too late.

The PRS Open Fund for Music Creators, the most widely used of these, closed its September round and has not published a next deadline. Its own pages disagree about whether it runs two or three rounds a year, so we are not guessing at one.
